A FAMILY MEMBER

Hi everyone

Today I’m going to write about my dad. He is Leonel but I call him “Guatón”, a sweet nickname. This year, he will attain 50 years of age. He was born in Galvarino, a town of Araucania region. He left of his parent’s house at 17 years old, he traveled to many places of Chilean south looking job and finally he lived in Santiago for some years and after he come back to Galvarino. He met my mom in his native town.

He has been working as a gasster for almost 25 years, since he arrived in Santiago.

I don't know what he would like to do, but I think he would like to work in the field, he likes all that work with animals and nature

He is a shy and private man but he is a nice subject. His dream is live in a desert island or high mountain living like in the program “Man vs. Wild” of Discovery Channel (yes, he is strange).

I get along very well with my dad is rather a relationship of friends, my mom scolds us because we make sick jokes. And we also fight a lot because for example I tell him the end of the movies (He loves watch movies).

A ONE ON ONE CONVERSATION

Hi everyone

Today, I’m going to write about a one on one conversation I’d like to have with someone. I'd like to have a one on one conversation with Sherrilyn Kenyon. She is a writer. She is considered like a best seller writer.

I started reading her books in my teens and after reading three books written by her, I understood that these books are part of a saga and that's how I met her. She has written more than 40 books and a lot of tales.

I would like to ask her about how the idea of ​​the fictional world that she created for her Dark Hunters saga was born. How she has kept the inspiration to continue publishing about the saga. Of all the characters she has created, which has been her favourite, with which she is most represented. I would not ask her how the saga ends as I prefer to find out reading every book she publishes.

I would like to have this individual conversation with this writer more than anything because her main series is my favourite saga, I have read the 31 main books of the saga and a few small special stories she has written. And because it has caused me to love and hate every protagonist of the book he has published since these in the saga are good characters in some and villains in others.

I still have to read his latest book, so I would prevent the conversation from drifting out there haha.

A HOLIDAY

Hi everyone

Today I’m going to write about the best holiday I ever had can be the travel to Isla de Chiloe. I love Chilean south; their landscapes are the most beautiful of all Chile.

I went with my family to Chilean south from Lago Villarica to Castro (Isla de Chiloe) in the summer 2016, we travelled in own car.

I don’t remember when exactly the trip lasted but if I remember that we have left camping in the Villarica for a few days and we toured the nearby sectors, I loved to know Licanray (Lago Calafquen), it is my favorite lake for swimming.

Then we travel to Panguipulli (Lake of the same name) and after to Puerto Varas (Lago LLanquihue).

After that we went straight to Pargua, where the Chacao Ferry is, we arrived at that place at dawn and we didn't know until what time it worked and we thought we would sleep in the car there since there was nothing else.

Past for the ferry was the best part the travel for me it was incredible.

It is very beautiful Chiloe, architecture, landscape, nature. It was great to know this island.

A MOVIE HEROE... OR ANTIHEROE

Hi everyone

Today I’m going to talk in this post about a movie “hero” or rather “antihero”. Deadpool is the principal character of the same name film. He is depicted as a disfigured mercenary with the superhuman ability. Before that he coming be a Deadpool, he was a vague that  was diagnosed with terminal cancer so that then he decided to accept an experiment in which he was injected with an injection to wake up latent mutant genes and tortured him to cause any fleeing mutation to activate.

I know about him because I saw Deadpool film (2016) although he was appearing in marvel comics since 1991.

I think I saw the movie a few months after its premiere in my piece on a pirate page because nobody wanted to go see the movie at the cinema.

I love the character because he hits and kills villains but at the same time, he is not a good subject in general. Me gusta porque es un personaje hilarante, sarcástico e irónico.

Deadpool is a rare combination in the world of heroes-villains, he is in the middle of these two, he is a mercenary, but he also fights with the bad guys in the movies.

A MEAL

Hi classmates, today I’m going to talk about a family meal I can remember. 

The family meal I remember was when I was a child, maybe was between in the 2008 and 2010. I don’t know, I have a bad memory. This family meal was in the close river to my paternal grandmother’s home, I guess was for the birthday of my grandmother. It was final of the summer, almost all my paternal family was meet there, I think all sons of my grandmother was, some grandchildren and great grandchildren. Only I know, there was a lot of people.

I remember my family cooked a great barbecue, I think they cooked a lamb, it’s a tradition of my family do it, I didn’t eat. I don’t like that. But I entertained swimming with my cousins in the river.

Why it was memorable? I guess it was memorable because never before the almost all paternal family have been join that way, I think it was really good and beautiful gift to my grandma, she could saw her family before that she lost her memory.

Thereafter, we haven’t come back to meeting again like this way.

A book

Hi, how are you? Today I'm going to talk about my literature genre favorite. I like read books of Romance Novel. It's part of fiction's genre, the main plot of the genre is the relationship, generally of love or passion, between two people. Especially I like the Historical Romance, a sub-genre of Romance novel, the plot take places in the past, since prehistory until World War II, usually set in Middles Age, Regency era and Victorian era.

I like this genre because it's simple, funny and light for moments I want and need to relax.

First time I read this type of books was when I was 13 years old and I used to read "fan-fics", often these blogs of literature amateur used to adopt romance novel. There, my hobby to read this type of novels was born.

I've read a lot books of romance novel, almost all  books this type are similar, same plot, same woman, same man and same problems, Every character is a stereotype of the society.

I can't say who my favorite’s authors are because I don't have one.  But I can say my favorite books: Rules to Break When Romancing of Sarah MacLean a Rake and Gentle Rogue of Johanna Lindsey

Hi, classmates today I'm going to talk about the Jonas Brothers. 

They werethe first band of which I became a fan in the year 2008-2009 when I was 10-11 years old.

How did I discover them? One day of the weekend I got up early and put on the television and at that moment they were broadcasting a music video, the song I heard from them for the first time was "Tonight".

Jonas Brothers is a band of pop, pop punk and rock, and is formed by three brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick. Joe is the lead vocalist, Nick sings, plays guitar, piano and drums mainly and Kevin is a background voice and plays guitar and bass.

I love them because their music is made by them, they are very talented, their voices are beautiful and they play many instruments.

They have come to Chile 3 times on their musical tour and on their last visit they performed at the Viña del Mar Festival. And I did not go to any concert, I did not have enough money, I've only seen their concerts in live chats (online videos Live).

I hope we'll see you at concerts one day

One of the best friends I've had in my life is my friend Claudia. The first time we were in school when we were in eighth grade in 2012, I became a "friend" of other girls who did not get along with her, so I did not talk much with her. We were only classmates until we first took the same specialty course that was administration, we sat together in all classes and from there was born a great friendship with her.
What do I like about her? Many things, her personality, she is very funny and cheerful, she is loyal and we have a lot of confidence, we have many tastes in common, in music, movies and books. With her I went to my first concert <3 of the Mexican band Panda. Both (although we did not know) we spent much of our childhood in a small town called Galvarino and we never saw each other and it is a small town, now, every summer since 2013 we met and spent our days in the town. Squares, we swam in the river and had a great time.
Now, we are seeing very little because of the lack of time, now she is a mother and I am studying, which limits the time to see us. Usually, we watch movies and eat and talk a lot.

A walk I would like to do again

Hello classmates!

I hate doing any physical activity and walking counts as an exercise. I don’t like walking on trails or walking like a entertainments activity, neither with friends, much less family. I really don’t enjoy it, but I had to mention one, it would only be because of the great view and the beautiful landscape that I could contemplate when doing the walk and it would be the walk I took in the Parque Isidora Cousiño.

This park is located in the city of Lota (which has substantial and crude history about coal mining) that is located in the Biobío Region and I did the walk earlier this year during the summer holidays.

I enjoyed the walk alone because of the wonderful landscapes that I was seeing during the trip, there was a variety of extraordinary vegetation, majestic statues and viewpoints towards the sea and the port of Lota.

I would like to do it again for the view, it really is one of the most beautiful places I have been able to visit and I would like to visit it more carefully and in all its corners that I could not fully enjoy the first time I went to this place

A photo

To be honest, i don’t like the photographs, neither when I

was a child neither now. I don’t treasure any photo in particular with my family (how cruel that sounded) but that is because We have not taken many pictures together since no one in my family likes to be photographed.                                           

Looking in photo albums, the photo that I liked most was where my mom, my brother and I are playing and swimming in a river called Colpi, the photograph is from 2006-2007 year and my dad took it. The photo was taken on the river that is located in my parents' hometown. When I was little with my family we used to go every summer holiday to the south so we went to the river very often to spend the afternoon because it was close to my paternal grandmother's house, we enjoyed the whole day in the water. And I remember that on other occasions we went with my whole paternal family, my grandmother, my 11 uncles and their partners, my cousins (more than 30) and cousins in the second grade (children of my cousins). We were too many!

I really liked the photo because it brought to my mind nice memories of vacations that I had already forgotten and because it has been a long time since I went to that place and we don’t usually go to that place to cool off in the hot days of Galvarino and have a good time as a family.

A job...

 I would like to job as book editor, this job is about the selecction of the books will be published, supervise of  corrections of books, choice of title, covers, flaps amng many other thing as marketing and distribuition of  the sale of books.

The principal reason what I love this job is reading, in this job you must read a lot. I love read books and in this work you have the good fortune to do it and too privilege of read new manuscripts.

The qualities must have a person for be a good book editor is be creative, good in redaction, knowledge in software of editing text, knowledge about marketing and bussiness and especially be a good reader. I like a lot this job but I think I’m not suitable person for it, my principal disadvantage is I’m not creative.

Honestly, there isn’t a person that has been my inspiration about it.
